Bootlegger 21 New York Vodka

The Wintery Mix

 2 oz Bootlegger 21 NY Vodka

¼ oz Ginger Liqueur

½ oz fresh lime juice

½ oz fig honey syrup

½ tsp of apple sauce

Splash cranberry juice

15 Dried Cranberries

In a shaker add Bootlegger and cranberries. Muddle the cranberries, add Ginger liqueur, lime juice, fig honey syrup, apple sauce and cranberry juice. Shake hard with ice. Strain into martini glass or serve over ice.



Bootlegger21 Watermelon Martini

2 oz Bootlegger 21 NY Vodka
4 oz watermelon juice
1oz lemon
1/2 oz to 1 oz agave or simple syrup

With a strainer or cheesecloth crush your watermelon. Add lemon juice. Sweeten to taste. Add ice. Shake in shaker and serve in martini glass or rocks! Happy 4th of July!



The Santo Trafficante
3 oz Orange-Infused Bootlegger Vodka
1 oz Blood Orange Puree
1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
Dash of Campari





Bootlegger21 Basil Gimlet
1 oz fresh lime
1 oz agave nectar

In a cocktail shaker put3-4 leave of basil (slap the leaves between hands before adding or gently muddle) Add 2 oz Bootlegger 21 Shake hard over ice, strain into a martini glass and garnish with a twist of lime. Or pour into rocks glass.



Bootlegger21 Cucumber Gimlet
2 oz. Bootlegger 21 NY Vodka
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
4 wheels of fresh cucumber

Muddle cucumber, lime and simple syrup in shaker. Add Bootlegger and ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into rocks glass. Garnish with a cucumber wheel.



Bootlegger21 Summer Gimlet
3-5 oz of Bootlegger 21 NY Vodka
1 lime
Agave Nectar

In Shaker, squeeze 1 lime, add agave nectar, a dash of bitters and ice. Shake to mix, then pour in a glass with ice. Top with club.



Bootlegger21 Gluten-Free-Tini
3- 5 oz Bootlegger 21 NY Vodka
Twist of Lemon

In shaker, shake Bootlegger and ice until very cold. Pour into martini glass. Twist of lemon.



Bootlegger21 Tea
2 to 3 oz Bootlegger 21
Black Tea
1 oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Top with Club soda

Take a bottle of Bootlegger21 and pour into a large pitcher. Place 6 or so Black tea (or any variety) bags into the vodka. Let stand for 1 -2 hours. When done, you can put back in bottle or leave in pitcher. In a shaker, pour 2 oz of infused Bootlegger 21, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake. Pour into a tall glass or iced tea glass and top with club. Garnish with lemon. Enjoy! * You could also add fresh unsweetened ice tea to the drink instead.



The Flapper

1 ½ oz Bootlegger21 NY Vodka
½ oz Galliano (yellow)
½ oz Simple Syrup ¾ oz Fresh Limejuice
Champagne or Prosecco Top off

Combine Vodka, Galliano, simple syrup, and Limejuice in shake, add ice, and shake. Strain into glass, top off with Champagne and garnish with lemon twist. Can be served in champagne flute or Martini, rocks as well.



Martinez Blanc

2oz Bootlegger 21 Vodka
1/2oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
1 tsp Maraschino liquer
2 dash grapefruit bitters
maraschino cherry

Stir with ice, strain into cocktail glass, garnish with maraschino



Prohibition Sour
2oz Bootlegger vodka
1/2oz simple syrup
1/2oz St. Germain
3/4oz fresh lemon juice
shake, strain into rocks glass
garnish with sliced lemon wheel



The Red Tail

2oz Bootlegger vodka
3/4oz simple syrup
3/4oz fresh lemon juice
barspoon dark cherry jam
shake, strain into highball glass, top with soda water
garnish with fresh berries




French 75
2 oz Bootlegger21 New York Vodka
½ oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
¾ oz simple syrup
Shake well with cracked ice:
Strain into highball glass full of cracked ice and top off with chilled champagne.



Bootlegger 21 Lemonade
2oz Bootlegger 21 NY Vodka
½ oz Elderflower Liquor
4 -6 oz Fresh Lemonade or (if in a pinch) Paul Newman’s Lemonade

In a shaker add all ingredients over ice. Shake and pour into glass. Enjoy over ice.



Fraise 75

1.5 oz vodka
.75 strawberry syrup *
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
Prosecco or Champagne to Top

Shake vodka, strawberry and lemon. Serve up, top with prosecco.
Garnish with strawberry. 1 cup water to 1 cup water add strawberries and simmer down … or if not an option use Smuckers Strawberry Syrup or Torianis Strawberry Syrup.



Owny Madden’s Bootlegger21 Martini
3 oz Bootlegger21 NY Vodka
½ oz Dolin dry vermouth
Dash of grapefruit bitters
Dash of Orange bitters

Combine ingredients in mixing glass, add ice, and stir until chilled. Strain into martini glass, garnish with olive and pearl onion.




Vodka Fix

2 oz. Bootlegger Vodka

1/4 oz. Yellow Chartruese

1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice

1/2 oz. Lime Juice

1/4 oz. Simple Syrup

Shake, served Over 2"cube in Rocks Glass

Lemon Zest





Bootlegger & the Bishop
2 oz. Bootlegger Vodka
1/2 oz. Black Tea-Infused Amontillado Sherry
5 drops Toasted Sesame Oil
Roasted Marcona Stuffed Olive
Stirred, served Up in Chalice
Pinch of Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt on Olive






Bootlegger21 Southside
2 oz Bootlegger 21Vodka
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
Mint leaves

Gently muddle mint and simple syrup, and then add lemon juice and vodka. Shake rigorously and double strain into chilled glass. Garnish with one mint leaf (simply slap mint between hands).



Bootlegger21 Red Skies

2 ounces Bootlegger21 Vodka
.75 ounce lemon juice
.5 ounce aperol
.25 ounce Creme de Violette
1 barspoon simple syrup (2:1)
Shake. Serve up. Contemplate the heavens



Bootlegger21 Aperol (The Unknown Cocktail)
1.5 oz Bootlegger 21
1oz Aperol
3 oz Ruby Red or Grapefruit Juice
Shake and serve on rocks



Improved Prohibition Cocktail
1 ½ oz Bootlegger21 NY Vodka
1 ½ oz Cocchi Americano
¼ oz Orange juice
Bar spoon of RW Apricot Liqueur

Combine ingredients into mixing tins, add ice, and shake. Strain into rocks glass, garnish with orange twist.



Bootlegger21 Negroni
1.5 to 2 oz Bootlegger21 NY Vodka
1 oz Compari
1 oz Dolin Rouge Vermouth
Dash Orange Bitters
Lemon Peel



The Oracle

1.5 oz of Bootlegger21 NY Vodka
1oz Creme Yvette
3 shakes of Angostura bitters (about 5 to 7 drops)
¼ oz lemon juice
3 drops (no more) of Absinthe

Shake well with ice – until very chilled – sever in mid-size martini style cocktail
class- add 3 drops (no more) of Absinthe to center of drink,
drop in a stemless maraschino cherry to garnish

1/2 a teaspoon Orange Flower Water
Shake well with ice
-Serve in a rocks glass



Brooklyn Pearl

1 3/4 oz Velvet Falernum Liqueur (John D. Taylor’s brand)
1/2 teaspoon Rose Water
1 egg white

Shake vigorously with ice – Serve in large martini style glass that has been coated
with Cointreau (use only a few drops, pour off extra)



Sweet V

3oz Mathilde Peach Liqueur
3/4 Cointreau Triple Sec
3 dashes of Lemon X sour mix
Splash of Cranberry Juice

Shake well and serve in a highball over ice with a wedge of lemon (can also be
translated into a punch bowl – use a whisk to froth it up a bit)



Notre Dame – Fighting Irish

1 oz st Germaine
.5 oz cocchi americano
.5 oz fresh lemon juice

Shake rigorously for 15 sec serve up in coupe/ martini glass with maraschino cherry for garnish
Colony Cocktail (Modified) – The Colony Club was the private club of the 1920’s NY Elite



The Unknown Comic
1 1/2 oz Bootegger 21 New York Vodka
3/4 oz grapefruit juice
2 tsp maraschino
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.



Orange Moon
2 oz Bootlegger 21 NY Vodka
1 oz Orange Liquor
1 ¾ oz Grapefruit Juice
Top with Ginger ale
Grapefruit zest
Add Ingredients Shake with ice and serve on the rocks.



Old Fashioned Bootlegger21
2 Oz Bootlegger21
½ tsp of simple syrup
1 dash Peychauds bitters
1 dash orange bitters

Combine the syrup and bitters in a chilled old fashioned glass. Add a few large ice cubes and vodka. Stirs 10 times to mix. Garnish with a lemon twist.



Twentieth Century Fox
1 ½ oz Bootlegger 21
½ oz lillet blanc
1/2 oz crème de cacao
½ oz fresh lemon juice

Shake and serve in chilled cocktail glass.



Corpse Reviver #21
1.5 oz Bootlegger21
1 oz Lillet
1oz lemon Juice
¾ oz orange liquor
1 drop absynthe



The Vesper
2 oz Bootlegger21 NY Vodka
1oz Gin (Plymouth works well…any will do)
½ oz Concci Americano Vermouth (Substitute lillet with a dash of bitters if needed.)

Shake…Serve up with a large lemon peel twist
